MNACC ANNUAL CONFERENCE

MnACC conferences are retreat-style professional development opportunities to engage in conversation, skill-building and networking related to trends and changes in college access and admissions work. Our conference this year will focus on re-committing to our sense of purpose and reclaiming the joy in our work. MnACC Conference is open to admissions professionals and high school counselors alike.

This year, we invite you to join us for a transformative conversation focusing on Leadership, Power, and Cultural Responsibility. This conference will delve into crucial topics at the intersection of leadership and cultural awareness.

Our sessions and workshops will explore essential leadership skills and strategies, including purposeful leadership approaches that resonate with diverse communities. We will also address the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on student support and leadership development and how to cultivate culturally responsive communication strategies.

Don't miss this opportunity to engage with fellow professionals, gain valuable insights, and enhance your leadership toolkit. Together, we can empower ourselves and our communities for a brighter, more inclusive future. Join us at the conference and be a part of this impactful conversation.
